Some companies do R&D continuously but will never hire a research department — and should not have to. The research office subscription gives you a standing research function: ongoing problem framing, experiment governance, evidence maintenance and a quarterly research review, run by a registered Research Service Provider (RSP000047) instead of an in-house team.
What a subscription includes
- Ongoing problem framing. New technical questions are triaged and framed as research as they arise, not once a year.
- Experiment governance. Active experiments follow the discipline of our research value chain — hypotheses, controls and success criteria agreed before work starts.
- Evidence maintenance. Records are kept contemporaneous and version-controlled all year, so findings stay defensible — and, where activities meet the self-assessed criteria, the evidence base can support R&D Tax Incentive registrations as a downstream benefit.
- Quarterly research review. A structured review of every stream: what was learned, what changed, and what the next quarter should test.
